Glendalough, Derrybawn
There are many great walks in Glendalough and this is one of them. From the Upper Lake Car Park (Charge €4 per car), a track leads up to the spectacular Poulanass Waterfall gushing down a limestone gully. A forest road climbs up to the flank of Derrybawn Mountain, close to the summit (optional extra) where the full extent of the glaciated valley can be appreciated.
Grade: Good uphill walking on tracks with a short scramble on the way down where help will be provided if required!
