Following on from last month’s message regarding the Flower Rota, I would like
to take this opportunity to thank most sincerely both Janet Moore and Brigid
FitzSimon for all their work in this important ministry over the past number of
years. Many people have commented very favourably on the tasteful floral
decoration of our Church – especially for the main festivals of Easter, Harvest
and Christmas. Thankfully, both Janet and Brigid are willing to continue having
an involvement with the Flower Rota, but wish to step back from being the
chief organisers. It is hoped and envisaged that a steering committee will be
formed in the near future to assume this role. Watch this space!
