From Curtlestown, the route follows a section of the Wicklow Way, climbing upwards along a forest track. There are good views of Glencree Valley framed by Djouce and Maulin Mountains, with Kippure at the head of the valley. emerging from woodlands a track leads upwards to the trig point on Prince William’s Seat. Another track re-joins the Wicklow Way back down to Curtlestown.
