When Our Lord spoke about loving one another, surely that is what we are endeavouring to do in our Outreach Program – showing love to those less fortunate than ourselves and spreading our love.
Your continued support for Bray Women’s Refuge is doing just that and is so appreciated by many. Remember we are currently not in a position to accept bags of clothing as there is no space to store these items due to construction at the Refuge; however, please continue to leave non-perishable items in the basket at the back of the church.
Down Syndrome India – last month we introduced Kovinesh who we have agreed to support with finance and prayers. He is 11 months old and allied with Down Syndrome, has a heart defect. Kovinesh is a good candidate for the necessary life-saving heart surgetry and has a loving family who are ready to support him through these difficult times. The surgery is expected to happen at the end of June. It is a year since Vadashaya, the boy we previously supported, had his surgery and the video clips we received recently show him up on his feet and pushing his walker at great speed….a wonderful outcome and all due to the efforts of ‘our Tullow family’.
