WEXFORD OPERA FESTIVAL – WEDNESDAY 24^TH OCTOBER 2018

There has been some interest from the Parish to discover the world of opera at Wexford International opera Festival – so let us give it a try.

DAYTIME EVENT PACKAGE – Discover the world of opera with a  Day Events Package. This is the perfect introduction to Wexford Festival Opera and can be comfortably enjoyed without staying overnight and over the years has proved particularly attractive to groups of people as a day out to remember forever.

The package includes two Festival favourites – a Lunchtime Recital in St. Iberius Church and a Short Work opera in the afternoon in Clayton Whites Hotel – as well, of course, as lunch in the Clayton Whites Hotel.

THE COST OF THE PACKAGE IS €65 (train free is you have Pensioners Pass)

Arrive at Wexford Station                                        12:02pm

Recital in St. Iberius Church given by one of

the principal artists of the Festival                          1:05pm

Lunch at Whites Hotel                                              2:15pm

ShortWork opera in Whites Hotel – a

small-stage opera production of Don Pasquale

approx. 60-90 minutes                                              3:20pm

Train leaves Wexford                                                            6:20pm

Arrive back in Dun Laoghaire                                               8:22pm
