The first walk of the new season took place on Sunday 2nd October. A group of twelve walkers left the Church grounds by car at 12:00 noon for Laragh. There they undertook one of the many trails on Paddock Hill in near perfect conditions, pausing for a packed lunch on the way.
All walks are under the leadership of Donald Gill, who is an experienced and enthusiastic hill walker and Alpinist. However, all the Evergreen planned walks are rated as easy and suitable even for the occasional walker. All walking groups leave the Church Grounds at 12:00 noon after coffee following main mid-morning Service unless otherwise stated.

Sunday 12th March 2017 – Cliff Walk, Bray to Greystones
Sunday 7th May 2017– Cruagh Woods and Mountain
