Apologies for mentioning the ‘C’ word before summer even starts but just to let you know that there will be a Christmas Fair on Saturday 1st December. Last year’s fair was fun as well as being a huge success financially and Joyce Buckley has kindly agreed to head up the organising team for what is one of the main fundraisers for the parish.
Cakes, deli, Christmas cards, unwanted gifts, books, accessories, pre-loved clothes, bric-a-brac, bottle stall and Christmas trees will all be there and, of course, the bearded man in red will be visiting.
Please start gathering items for all the stalls but at this stage the priorities are empty 1lb jars for the deli stall and bottles for the bottle stall. Further information in the June Newsletter.
