Sunday 10th September was the date when we once again held our annual Open-air Service and picnic with our friends and neighbours from Kilternan parish. This year the event was held in Kilternan Rectory grounds. As usual, the afternoon commenced with a Service at 12:00 noon at which the preacher was the Rector of Tullow. The Service was then followed by a ‘bring your own’ picnic. The day proved to be damp and blustery but the locating of a large marquee at a sheltered corner of Kilternan Rectory was inspirational! Many thanks to Rev. Rob and his wife Julie for their warm hospitality.
