Connect – Harvest Holy Communion with lunch and fun!
Our Harvest Connect took place on Thursday 13th October and it was great to see so many members present, although some were unable to aend on this occasion due to other commitments. As usual we began with a Service of Holy Communion at 1:00pm and this was followed immediately by lunch in the Rectory. The normal high standards of catering were achieved and everyone enjoyed a lunch of lasagne and potatoes followed by desert. Thank you to Dr. Ken Glass for playing the organ during the Service. Also, many thanks to Jennifer Sowman and her ‘teams’ of caterers and drivers for all their hard work which contributed to a very enjoyable occasion.
