We had a very entertaining evening on Saturday 17th September in the National Concert Hall. We were there to support a parishioner, Richard Adams, who is a member of the Dublin Welsh Male Voice Choir as they celebrated their 50th Anniversary. The six choirs of approx 150 men and a soprano soloist sang many favourite songs/hymns which made it a most enjoyable outing.
Our Annual General Meeting is on Wednesday 5th October at 8pm and will be held in the Rectory. Following the meeting tea, coffee and sandwiches will be served. Parishioners not already in Tullow Friends are very welcome. Please mark in your diary.
Our Christmas Lunch will be held in Killiney Castle Hotel on Thursday 15th December at 12.30pm. Tickets are €30 which includes a mulled wine reception. There will be a notice and list in the Church Porch shortly for members to put their names down and/or for any requiring transport.
Reminder: There is a box for collecting used batteries at the back of the Church. This is in aid of Laura Lynn. Every little helps and they appreciate our support.
