Tullow bowlers are over the moon having won the Kerr Trophy. As our numbers are very small we were unable to enter the McIlwaine Cup which is a knock-out competition. The Kerr was run on a round-robin basis and of the 9 matches played we won 7, drew 1 and lost 1. We played teams from as far as Malahide and as near as Kill o’ the Grange. We all enjoyed ourselves and tried to do our best. Almost everyone played at least one match and thanks to all for their commitment. Thanks also to Rita our inimitable tea lady and all who helped provide half time sustenance for those playing, here’s to next season.
