This year we are going to a short lunchtime concert in St. Paul’s Church, Glenageary, on THURSDAY 24th July 2014. The event commences with Tea or Coffee, at 1 pm and the concert is entitled, “Opera Highlights”, which I gather was very well received last year. The performance lasts about 30 to 40 mins, and afterwards, we will go to the Royal St. George Yacht Club in Dun Laoghaire for a little lunch. Hopefully, the weather will be nice and we can enjoy watching the sailing activities as well. Notices have been sent out, and lifts will be arranged from Tullow whence we will all depart at about 12.40pm.
Our CONNECT Group helps keep connected those of us who may find it a little difficult to attend other Parish activities, or who have moved away or indeed into the area. It’s a friendly informal group and if you would like to come to the Summer Outing or know of anyone who might, please get in touch.
