How’s your diary? Parish social & fundraising events….

There are a number of events currently in the pipeline which people may like to note in their diaries. There will be a concert by the Seafield Singers with special guest, Niamh Murray, on Friday 18th May at 7:30pm in the Church. Tickets will be €20 each which will include a glass of wine and canapés. On Friday 25th May, our annual Golf Outing will take place at Greystones Golf Club. Even non-golfers can participate in this event by joining those dining that evening in the Clubhouse. On the evening of Saturday 9th June, we will be holding our Parish Barbeque in the Church grounds from 6:30pm. Tickets will cost €15 per person or €40 per family.

On Saturday 22nd September, we will be holding a parish “Gift Day”. People will be invited to drop into the Church building during the afternoon for a cup of tea/coffee whilst handing on their gift. The same evening, it is also planned to hold a parish meal in the parish hall with suitable entertainment – further details will be available closer to the event. Other events such as a “Race Nite” and Whist Drive are planned for October/November. It is also hoped that a number of “mini sales” such as book sales, cake sales, jam/chutney sales etc. will take place as advised during the year. If anyone is interested in holding such a “mini sale”, please contact the Rector as soon as possible.
