At the Harvest Service on Sunday 14th October a large congregation heard Rev Tim Irvine from Mountmellick preach on the topical theme of sowers sowing seeds. The Rector travelled to Mountmellick later that day to preach at their traditional early evening service.
The service was followed by a Bring and Share lunch organised by Vera Tanner and Barbara Cooper and much appreciated by everyone.
Huge thanks are due to the many people who ensured that, as always, every corner of the church was beautifully decorated, that the service ran smoothly and that people were well fed.
